Here are the vitals:

Dates:    Sunday June 29th - Thursday July 3rd

Time:    6pm till 8pm

Theme:  God’s BIG Backyard

How people can get involved:
               -  Help throw a party on Thursay night!!
               -  Volunteers needed during the night
               -  Provide snacks for one evening
               -  Registration on the first night needs volunteers
               -  HOUSING and MEALS for teens from Calvin’s church
               -  TRANSPORTATION of kids
               -  Posting flyers and inviting kids
               -  Pray

So we as ministry leaders need to push this with our people - and with everyone.  How can your ministry be a part?  What could you do together that would be a chance to serve and grow closer together?  Post some ideas here - lets brainstorm via internet!
